About Ryan Dewar

My biggest strengths are my leadership qualities. I have the ability to motivate groups into achieving a higher level of productivity and standards. I am a fearless leader and am not afraid to deal with difficult situations. I attribute a large portion of my leadership success to my ability to create authentic relationships and communicate ideas/information. In addition to managing people, I have a strong passion for numbers and analysis. I take pride in analyzing data trends, and creating opportunities that allows either a person, or an entire department, to maximize its potential. I grew up with a strong work ethic and realized early on that if I was to lead others I must first lead myself. It started in high school where I routinely trained in athletics and quickly became MVP of my high school's championship winning football team which lead to scholarship opportunities at SFU as well as select schools in the USA. When I am not at work, I continue to train daily with a focus in calisthenics, supplemented by reading books on fitness and business. I am driven to win, I do what it takes to deliver results and add value.
