Ryan Divo is a highly motivated Accounting Technology graduate from Bina Nusantara University (BINUS), achieving a distinguished GPA of 3.87/4.00. He was honored with the Best Mentor Award and the CIRCLE Scholarship for Mentorship, reflecting his dedication to student development through various leadership and advisory roles at the university. Throughout his academic journey, he has also demonstrated excellence in national-level business and accounting competitions. Ryan possesses a multidisciplinary background with over one year of experience in banking, finance, accounting, tax and business development, complemented by his recent involvement in human capital. His skill set includes financial analysis, budgeting, SAP S/4HANA, fund transfer pricing, SQL databases, and organizational planning. His professional journey includes internships at prominent institutions such as PT Bank UOB Indonesia, BDO Indonesia, and PT Bank NEO Commerce, Tbk, where he supported financial reporting, liquidity management, and strategic planning initiatives. Most recently, Ryan assumed the role of Junior Human Capital, where he supports HR operations, employee development programs, and organizational effectiveness. This role has enhanced his capabilities in human resources management and broadened his exposure to cross-functional corporate strategies. His diverse experience is further enriched by active participation in entrepreneurship and academic organizations, reflecting his leadership, communication, and collaborative skills. Beyond his corporate and academic pursuits, Ryan is committed to sustainability, social impact, and urban development, especially in his hometown of Bekasi City, West Java, Indonesia, where he advocates for inclusive progress aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
