About Ryan Doggett

Whether in classrooms, in a stadium, in an office, or at events, I have always strived to transform challenges into opportunities for excellence, connection, and growth. With roots in marketing, event management, education, and athletic leadership, I’ve developed a passion for designing experiences that leave lasting impressions—on our communities, organizations, and individuals. I bring a unique perspective to event marketing and management, emphasizing strategic planning, audience and fan engagement, and operational excellence. At Panther Creek High School, one of North Carolina’s largest public high schools with over 2,700 students, I oversaw the direction and daily operations of a large athletic department with 25 varsity sports programs, 55 coaches and staff, and more than 850 student-athletes. My tenure focused on excellence, inclusivity, and community engagement, ensuring our programs competed at high levels while fostering personal growth and school spirit. Previously, I served as Assistant Athletic Director, Head Wrestling Coach, and Business and Marketing Teacher at Holly Springs High School. I connected life skills, athletic structure, and individual growth as a coach and assistant director, all while delivering engaging, real-world marketing curriculum to students as a business and marketing teacher. Additionally, my experience as Communications Coordinator for the North Carolina Governor’s School allowed me to hone my skills in communication, media design, and digital marketing. My leadership in both academic and extracurricular environments has sharpened my ability to adapt quickly, manage complex projects, and build high-performing teams—skills that translate seamlessly into any industry seeking innovation, clarity, and results. I learn fast, lead with intention, and always stay ready to deliver.
