Design, develop, build and program automated calibration test stands for RF, GP and Biomedical test equipment as well as Primary standards and power supplies. Automation developed using METCAL and LabView software packages. Other programming languages include Python, JavaScript, Java, C, C++, C# and HTML. Create automation for test equipment that currently has none. Assist field technicians with full support through training and developing opportunities. Past Experience as field technician: Perform and manage repair, calibration, and modification of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), including precision measurement equipment laboratory (PMEL) standards and automatic test equipment. Inspect, align, troubleshoot, and repair PMEL standards, common and weapon system peculiar TMDE. Supervise the process and use of TMDE to perform voltage, current, power, impedance, frequency, microwave, temperature, physical-dimensional, and optical measurements. Track equipment warranties. Provide training and manage technical order distributions. Perform equipment maintenance using theories of operation, block diagrams, schematics, logic trees, and software diagnostics. Isolate malfunctions to component level. Ensure Laboratory met Air Force standards through periodic internal laboratory audits. Perform process reviews and standard reviews on technicians. Investigate laboratory for following lab standards and process guide. Identify mission essential TMDE and its impact on workload. Coordinate lateral support, command certification, or contract services. Specialties: Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN), VOR/ILS, RADAR, Biomedical equipment, Vibration and Noise TMDE. Perform improvement reports, special training requests, training quality reports, and modification proposals. Perform trend analysis. Maintain PMEL automated management systems (PAMS). Develop and evaluate workload plans, budget, and support agreements. Clean room, physical dimensional, on-site, resistance, electronic, supervisory and QA experience.
