About Ryan Dyke

I am an I.T. Specialist with 8 years of hands on support experience, 3 years of lead experience, and have an aspiration to learn all I can in the realm of information systems within business, applications, and computer terms. The avenues that data uses to get passed through a business from client to user to applications and beyond intrigues me. I excel at communicating complex I.T. ideas and breaking them down into business terms to help drive productivity and stakeholder requirements. I am willing to create tools, diagrams, step by step guides, and many other mediums to drive understanding throughout the business. I lead by example within my team and make sure that I do not leave things undone or take shortcuts just to get a task 'done'. It is very important to me to document as I do for teammates to follow, and to train on new and revised processes in the ever-changing field of I.T. In my free time I love climbing mountains, exercising, aquascaping, maintaining a SQL and Media Server, and disc golfing.
