About Ryan Dzingala

I am a recent call with a strong attention to detail, and extensive legal knowledge, with a passion for both corporate, commercial, tax and IP law. I love to solve puzzles that really test my intellect and I find the corporate and commercial law does exactly that. Drafting a contract that is so airtight that individuals or businesses cannot just breach their way out with loopholes and continuously learning about new caselaw or statute amendments are just some of the things that keep me intrigued with the law.Currently, I am seeking an associate position in an established law firm that will provide me with the opportunity to expand my legal knowledge and passion for the law. I have taken on a number of exchanges that focused heavily on specific areas of law, ranging from Contract Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, to Intellectual Property Law. The most recent being in Zagreb, Croatia, which focused heavily on Business Law.When I am not working toward my legal career, I enjoy bouldering at my local rock climbing gym and training for my lifelong goal of completing an Ironman Triathlon. My dedication to completing seemingly impossible goals is what drives me to become better and I feel that my experiences and skill-set will allow me to become an asset to any legal team.
