I believe in great customer service. I have always taught my employees to speak to a customer as though they were talking to my grandma. And then I tell them that my grandma was mean and she had no filter and had very little patience. But I loved her and expected that she should be treated with respect and dignity. I am a data nerd and I love to go through excel spreadsheets, I use the data along with feedback from the team to create solutions that empower the team and prove the ROI. The first project that I led I was able to find of annual revenue. I was hooked from that point on. One of my great joys in life is to mentor someone who has not realized their potential yet and turn them into a leader. I have helped over 15 team members to a position in management. I strive to challenge myself daily and constantly prove my worth. I have proven myself to be an asset to every organization that I have worked for.
