About Ryan Eby

As a Group Product Manager at Convera, I lead product management for the education payments product vertical, which provides innovative solutions for students, parents, and educators to pay and receive funds for tuition, fees, and other educational expenses. Over the last two years I have also been tasked with leading product strategy and development for a new Case Management System. This platform is being built from scratch and will streamline processes for hundreds of Operations stakeholders across the company. My core competencies include creative problem solving, product strategy, product road mapping, and communication. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Colorado State University, with a specialization in marketing data analytics. I am passionate about creating products that deliver value to customers and stakeholders, and that align with the company's vision and goals. I also enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, learning from diverse perspectives, and adapting to changing market needs and customer feedback.
