As a sports and orthopedic physical therapist, I specialize in helping active individuals return to the activities they love—whether they’re recovering from surgery, overcoming an injury, or optimizing performance. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco, and San Francisco State University, building a strong foundation in evidence-based care. With advanced training from the Institute of Clinical Excellence, cAs a sports and orthopedic physical therapist, I specialize in helping active individuals return to the activities they love—whether they’re recovering from surgery, overcoming an injury, or optimizing performance. With advanced training from the Institute of Clinical Excellence, certifications in strength and conditioning, manual therapy, and myofascial decompression, I take a fitness-forward, hands-on approach to rehab. Currently, I serve as the Clinical Director at Therapydia Happy Valley, where I’ve been leading for over two years and have been with the company for five. I combine all that I have learned over the years of working and learning from other great providers to help my patients move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life!
