Day to day, I focus on keeping things running smoothly, scaling efficiently, and making sure we’re always ahead of the next challenge. Whether it’s ensuring seamless service for customers, managing complex migrations, or working with vendors to shape the future of our platform, I like to get stuck in. I’m a firm believer in practical innovation—finding ways to improve, automate, and streamline without unnecessary complexity. My role is all about balancing technology, people, and strategy to make sure we deliver a platform that’s not just reliable, but one that continuously evolves to meet business needs.
