About Ryan Ensslin

As an aspiring software developer, I bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to any team. I have worked in both landscaping and construction industries prior to developing my new passion for coding and technology applications. At one point I owned and operated my own landscaping business, where I learned the importance of coordinating many tasks and communicating effectively with clients and a diverse staff. Being a creative person and one that likes to see projects through from design to completion, Tech Elevator has provided another avenue for me to apply my analytical and communication skills. I am looking forward to taking on projects that will utilize my strong work ethic and analytical skills to enable a team to accomplish its goals. Software and construction are seemingly polar opposites but the more I learned at Tech Elevator the more I realized how similar they are. Both are project driven and require ability to communicate and develop effective solutions to a problem. I am looking forward to working with amazing like-minded people and beginning my tech journey.
