About Ryan Erato

Since relocating to southern California from Wisconsin, I have been helping companies increase customer service efficiency while decreasing costs through the use of automated phone systems mixed with artificial intelligence. I design, build, and integrate intelligent, automated phone representatives with clients' backend data systems to serve a wide range of customer needs. My previous employment had me working on developing software to meet the needs of a medium sized business; working to transition to Microsoft Sharepoint, desktop and web applications, and procedure automation. A majority of work has been in C# using the.NET platform along with MSSQL for database storage. I have previously worked with testing platforms and tools to aid in manual and automated testing of desktop software. Used VB/VBA to automate previously written manual tests. Written manual test cases as part of an overall suite to test as many areas and features of programs as deemed necessary. Heavy experience with the agile development cycle including weekly SCRUMs, iterations (sprints), and feature/test backlogs. Specialties: C#.NET, MSSQL (ORM via DBML EntitySpaces), WCF, XML and XSLT, agile software development cycle.
