About Ryan Esson

Experiences bring us together. They connect us with the things we love, they connect and inspire us. I craft and create live experiences in the live environment that harness this connection. I work with businesses, brand owners and agencies connect their users, customers and employees to their message, product and services. My approach to event production is formed around understanding the meaning and the ‘why’ behind a client’s message, brand, product or service. Starting here enables me to fully understand how to form a connection between the client and the audience. From business communication events to large scale festivals. From brand and product launches to award shows. From concerts and touring to virtual events – my 15+ years of hands on event management experience gives me a high level of technical event skills that are vital to enabling live events and participation experiences. My strength lies is in the combination of my technical and operational expertise with a strong track record in strategy, commercialisation and creative vision within events. This combination allows me to work comfortably with businesses, brand owners and agencies alike. Creating events and experiences is my passion, I love solving problems and never having the same day twice. I am always on the lookout for new ideas, creative opportunities and ways to push boundaries. Feel free to DM me. I’m always available to chat over coffee to talk ideas, offer guidance or help with a problem.
