I’m currently a Managed Services Engineer at Resolve I.T Solutions based in Woodseats, Sheffield. I have a strong passions for I.T, customer satisfaction, learning new things and diving into complex challenges which help me gain knowledge, experience and grow my exposure to new opportunities. I love using my skills to solve problems and apply my knowledge to customer solutions and infrastructure. I am very passionate about looking after client networks and infrastructure as part of my line of duties, but on a personal level; I love to get to know my customers as people, I love being able to chat with them and catching up. I think leaving a conversation with a smile on both my customers and my face is the way all interactions should go and it’s a great feeling knowing my customers are happy and satisfied with everything; but most importantly, that they have the trust and knowledge that if anything goes to wrong, they have someone to turn to who can help and support them.
