As a National Design Manager with over 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of leading and innovating many different engineering, design and drafting projects. My journey has taken me from launching my own business to working on projects for NASA, with each experience shaping my commitment to excellence in every role I undertake. In my current capacity, I oversee the fiber wireline engineering design program, wireless drafting department, and the structural steel detailing division. My leadership style is direct and to the point—I believe in telling it like it is and fostering an environment where collaboration thrives. Building strong, cohesive teams that work seamlessly together is something I’m particularly proud of. Specializing in outsourcing work, I’ve built key relationships with contractors from Canada, USA, India, Romania and Vietnam. My professional ethos is built on three pillars: quality, delivery, and price. These values guide every project and decision I make, ensuring that my team and I, consistently deliver exceptional results. Looking ahead, my focus is on building strong relationships with clients and contractors, and to continue taking market share.
