With over 12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team development. I am currently a Managing Partner at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, one of the fastest-growing and most successful restaurant brands in the nation. As the Managing Partner, I manage and lead the largest volume Raising Cane's in the region, averaging $9 million AUV. I was named among the Top 10 Restaurants in the nation and was awarded the "Big Kahuna" for 2022. I lead an average employee count of 80 crew members, including 7 hourly restaurant managers and 2 assistant general managers. I have enhanced the operational performance by developing effective business strategies, systems, and procedures. I have also coached and mentored over 15 store managers across the DFW metroplex, supporting their growth and success. I have strong skills in customer relationship management, sales, coaching, and leadership, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team that shares my vision and values.
