About Ryan Fitzpatrick

Working in a number of industries paid/volunteered has built my management skills, behaviour management, social skills, business management and working in an effective team. I have ran nightclubs, managed restaurants and cocktails bar from the age of 21 but starting in that industry at the age of 18. Started my working life at NEXT retail, being introduce to working with customers, dealing with sales and working in a fast, growing and huge company. I have also worked in football from the age of 16, coaching teams, working on football camps, working at football clubs. I have coached adult football (18+) since i was 19, Coaching players a lot older than myself, never shying away from a challenge. I have worked with all ages from 4 years - 45 years. I have worked in the physical education sector for a company called Premier Education, one of the best companies I have worked for in terms of personal development, qualifications achieved and opportunities given to me. I taught all lessons such as gymnastics, rounders, OAA, Rugby, football, basketball, netball, handball, Dance and many more. I became a sales manager with this company and started to coach and teach coaches, develop them with CPD sessions and one to one and group sessions. Delivering CPD sessions for teachers around the North West of England. I currently work at Bolton lads and girls club as a football development coach, CPD sessions for coaches, one to one/group sessions for players, development programmes for players and coaches. Head of Women's football, being able to develop a pathway for girls football.
