Hello! I am glad you have taken an interest in me. I will be up front, one of my biggest weaknesses is self promotion. I would rather build up individuals or the team than speak about myself. However, you came here to read about me so here we go. To start, I am very personable with well developed soft skills. I can easily communicate complex topics verbally or in writing. I have been the one chosen by upper management many times for major speaking engagements. Attached is the first (and only so far) television appearance. I feel I did a great job considering I only had the hour and a half drive to practice my message. One of my strongest soft skills is my emotional intelligence. I can easily meet with someone or a group and within a minute or less gauge how to tailor my message for the best outcome. I am also very flexible. I find that it is the key to doing a great job. I always aspired to know every role possible in my employment. As an Assistant Regional Manager you must be able to handle all aspects of what Service Delivery does. To this end I am able to take on the role of the Unemployment Insurance and Employment Service Program Managers, the Local Office Managers, and the Regional Manager. On any given day I can and often do: give policy guidance to the fraud detection unit, review adjudication cases for accuracy, develop objectives for representatives engaged in assisting job seekers, assign staff roles in a Local Office, or lead a Regional leadership meeting.
