My primary motivation is improving people’s lives and inspiring others to want to improve other people’s lives. The insurance industry has provided me with the platform to do that for my customers, my employees, my family and myself. In each position that I took on I have achieved top results for my company and that includes my most recent role as a Claims Unit Manager. Besides my technical expertise, my main skills are improving employee engagement and strategic planning that will increase the success of my company and my associates. This is the link between my company and our customers.
