As a Team Lead at TK Modular I am proud to leverage my years of experience as a welder and fitter to drive high-quality work and project success. With my foundational training in the trades I oversee the fitting, welding, and assembly of complex piping systems and specialized equipment in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. I lead a team of welders, fitters, and millwrights, where I focus on both technical oversight and fostering a positive, productive environment. I’m responsible for tracking project progress, ensuring coordination between departments, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve design challenges. My leadership approach is rooted in mentoring and providing feedback, with a goal of continuous improvement. I hold a Red Seal Certification as a Metal Fabricator (437A), reflecting my dedication to excellence and professional development. As I step into this leadership role, I’m excited to apply my technical expertise while growing as a leader and supporting my team. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to innovate, and I am passionate about working in environments where craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork are paramount. Welding tickets through my employers and education have included: 6G GTAW 2" and 3/8" stainless steel pipe (open and closed root), 4G open root GTAW on 3/8" plate, 2G GMAW, 3G FCAW, and 2G SMAW. Other workplace certifications: Certified JHSC member, forklift driver, working at heights trained, overhead crane operator and trainer, and respirator fit test administration.
