About Ryan Forrest

My name is Ryan Forrest, I am a senior majoring in Sports Management. Last summer, I interned with the Ripken Experience in Aberdeen Maryland, where I gave young baseball players from the age of 4 to 14 the major league experience. I focused on operation management on the nine different fields on the complex. I would either be calling each batter up to the plate and announcing the game or running around to each field to ensure stability for each game. Due to my leadership qualities that I gained from my several years of executive positions in my fraternity, my supervisor selected me to travel to nine different cities and parter with Chevrolet to teach kids how to play baseball on MLB and MILB fields. My end goal is help the young athletes develop a deeper love, one that I once had, for the game of baseball and continue their career in the sport.
