Growing up working in real estate property management and transitioning to residential interior design, art department commercial production while holding a BSc. in Industrial Engineering, Ryan (34) is a multi-talented technical-creative professional. Living in downtown Manhattan from 2012-2019, Ryan started his career as a Sales Engineer in the industrial and commercial HVAC fan industry. He then transitioned as a Project Manager of Interior Design for an Italian meta-luxury custom real estate and furniture company representing the Los Angeles, CA office. Ryan balances his innovative “Mocktails Or Messy” podcast with co-host (and ex-girlfriend) Kelly, where they bring their razor-sharp wit and knack for humorous storytelling to the mic. Ryan’s unfiltered and honest approach to sharing his journey from messy boozehound to sobriety makes every episode a rollercoaster of laughs and authentic real talk. As a former Penn State tailgater, New Yorker, LA Angeleno party animal turned sober-curious, he’s on a mission to prove you don’t need a drink, just a fancy Mocktail in hand to keep the wild times rolling. Ryan has now turned his attention to real estate sales in Pittsburgh, following in his great aunt's footsteps with her successful 45 years of experience. Ryan is one of the most personable, energetic professionals, living by the "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality. With successful work experience in diverse companies with strong communication and time management skills, Ryan thrives on face-to-face interaction to solve problems and negotiate sales most efficiently. He offers comprehensive knowledge in numerous renovation skills such as project management, functionality of human factors & ergonomics, statistical analysis, SolidWorks + AutoCad software, and real estate sales. His diverse background, combined with international study and work in Rome & Milan Italy, has allowed him to succeed in real estate, technical sales, commercial production, manufacturing, luxury interior design, and construction environments.
