Managed and engineered custom software and business automation solutions since 2003. Worked with a variety of technologies including Oracle technologies, specifically Oracle APEX. Experience with e-commerce, e- signature, shipping integrations, financial surveys, report generation, dashboards, data migration and trades service software. Since joining Oracle in 2021, worked in North American Applications Sales Excellence operations division supporting and enhancing key account management applications. These applications serve over 1600 sales reps covering over accounts, helped sales reps track their accounts and drive sales efforts. Created components to assist salespeople in intricate division-wide sales processes. Sales worked with customers such Nvidia and Toyota, while I operated alongside them in a complex structure of sales, employee and customer hierarchies. I worked independently, reverse-engineering the existing application while under the instruction of a Business Product Manager. In 2023, I transitioned to a new role in Global Sales Analytics and Reporting as a project manager. I facilitated the creation of reporting dashboards and email blasts for recipients as high as our Executive Vice President down to the lowest Rep level, The work required close coordination with the Business to gather requirements, as well as development, to implement the requirements accurately.
