About Ryan Gausman

I have 40 plus years of leadership experience beginning in the 1980’s as a general store manager and Southern California Operations manager for Nordstrom, Inc, a well known company who excelled in customer service and employee motivation. Since then I’ve worked in the outdoor industry, faith based and non profit assignments, owned four of my own companies, and spent 22 years in law enforcement for a Sheriffs Office in a large county in Washington State. I recently published my first book, “Leadership, Excellence, and a Royal Coachman” and teach leaders to build engaged, focused, motivated teams who accomplish amazing results. No matter what industry or application we are in, people respond to the same leadership skills in basically the same manner. As we gain the trust of those around us and show them the path to their own success and greatness, they are excited to be a part of what we are doing. They want to bring their best effort every day. It’s what leaders do and it’s an achievable goal for any leader who takes the time to understand and apply the skills.
