With over 20 years of experience in the military and more than three years in the civilian sector, I am a seasoned Human Resources professional. I have a proven track record of collaborating with hiring managers, creating applicant pools, conducting phone interviews, organizing hiring events, managing onboarding processes, overseeing employee orientation sessions, and coordinating with HR on personnel actions and compliance requirements. Additionally, I assist with benefits administration, guide employees through HR policies, and ensure timely documentation and record-keeping for all HR activities.As a Talent Acquisition Partner II, I leverage my skills in operational planning, team building, management, leadership, and recruiting to support the company's growth and strategic goals. I also apply my knowledge and experience from my previous roles as a Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Specialist, a Talent Acquisition Consultant, and an Organizational Operations Supervisor in the Army to enhance the quality and efficiency of the talent acquisition process.
