Mr. Ryan Gephart is an Army Warrant Officer and 170A Cyber Warfare Technician serving the Cyber Protection Brigade, Army Cyber, Fort Gordon, Georgia. In this position, he provides technical expertise and tactical solutions to ensure the operational lethality of his team, actively defending information networks, databases, and enterprise systems world-wide for the United States Department of Defense. As a Master Sergeant in the Air Force, Mr. Gephart was the NCOIC of C4I Plans for the Headquarters and Support Squadron, Joint Communications Support Element, MacDill AFB, Florida. In this position, he planned rapidly deployable, en route, early entry, and scalable command, control, communications, computer, coalition, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) services to bridge joint requirements. He was a hand-picked member within an already selectively-hired team that deploys in support of 7 COCOMs authorized by the USTRANSCOM and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Mr. Gephart's previous position was the Flight Chief of Cyber Protection of the Technology Operations Squadron Launch - Schriever Detachment, Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. In this position, he led 10 personnel assigned to a diverse team of Information Technology security specialists devoted to protecting National Reconnaissance Office mission assets valued at $70 billion from cyber threats foreign and domestic. He safeguarded command and control capabilities for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance satellite constellations that provide actionable warfighting data to the President of the United States and 17 intelligence community programs. Mr. Gephart previously served as the Flight Chief of Plans and Resources. In this position, he managed all information technology requirements for the National Reconnaissance Office within the Colorado Springs area of responsibilities. He led a 31 member selectively hired team that maintains a $10 million network in support of 3 COCOMs, 8 national-level organizations, and over 50 joint mission partners. Mr. Gephart previously served as the NCOIC of Project Management where he directed a 15-member team to smoothly execute $41 million in cyber requirements to enhance a $3 billion terrestrial network. Additionally, Mr. Gephart previously served as the Master Resilience Trainer and Resilience program manager where he trained resilience leads at 4 units across the nation. His laser focus on team building translated into the resilience program that was adopted by the National Reconnaissance Office for its over workforce.
