About Ryan Givens

With over sixteen years of experience in the parking industry, I am a Regional Account Executive at Parker Technology, an outstanding software led, customer-focused technology company that provides innovative solutions for parking operators and owners. I have a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) credential from the International Parking and Mobility Institute/University of Virginia, which demonstrates my knowledge and skills in parking management, planning, operations, and technology. As a Regional Account Executive, I am responsible for regional sales and account management, providing exemplary customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. I leverage my analytical skills and operational experience to identify customer needs, and help them in operational efficiency, revenue collection, and improve customer service abilities and reputation. I also share my insights and best practices from my previous roles as Associate Director of Transportation Services at Penn State University, where I led and managed various aspects of parking, transit, fleet, and alternative transportation. I am a proud Marine Veteran and a leader who believes in treating everyone with dignity and respect, as well as training team members for growth and development. I have a Master of Professional Studies with a focus in Homeland Security from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
