With over 11 years of experience in my role as a Strategic Partner Development professional at CARFAX, I excel in generating and maintaining executive level relationships with large or mega car dealer groups and large aftermarket service corporations. I leverage my formal sales methodology, presentation skills, marketing partnerships, and professional contacts to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for CARFAX. I also function as the National Business Development Leader, coordinating all aspects of client interaction across all customer facing teams. I manage all phases of new contract rollouts, from implementation and deliverables to training and support. My goal is to build strong and lasting business partnerships with our customers, and to provide them with innovative and customized solutions that meet their management needs and enhance their customer satisfaction.
