About Ryan Grady

Computer kid to college athlete to CTO. I embarked on my computer journey in the first grade, delving into the world of coding with Logo on the Apple IIe. Sneaking into my grandfather's office to experiment with his Sinclair only fueled my growing passion for technology. By the fourth grade, I was the proud owner of a TRS-80 with a whopping 64k of RAM, and the thrill of acquiring a cassette recorder to store my programs on tape remains etched in my memory—reflecting on how times have evolved since then. After college, I resolved to transform my passion into a career. I kickstarted my professional journey with a small startup, wearing multiple hats. Over the years, I cultivated a diverse skill set through collaborations with renowned companies like UHG, Charles Schwab, Microsoft, Raytheon, The IRS, Sears, and JCPenney. Whether architecting or managing multi-million dollar projects, I focused on fostering cultural change to enhance efficiency and quality, while working to identifying gaps and spearheading strategic and technical implementations to modernize policies, processes, and technology. With almost 30 years of experience, I've witnessed both successes and challenges. I leverage this extensive experience to tailor solutions, recognizing that there's no one-size-fits-all approach in the dynamic landscape of technology, people and business.
