About Ryan Grant

I am currently pursuing my degree in Computational Modeling and Data Analytics at Virginia Tech, I am deeply committed to problem-solving and critical thinking. I have a passion for data analytics and am willing to do anything to broaden my range of analytical capabilities. My love for technology extends beyond my studies; I've built my personal computer, showcasing my hands-on expertise in hardware. Additionally, I led a design team that successfully manufactured an illuminating sign for my high school, now a fixture at various school events, including football games and prom. My coursework throughout my three years at college has brought my level of understanding algorithms of all sorts to a great level. Through my classes of data visualization, mathematical modeling and software and data structure design, I am well versed in many applications. I am looking to utilize and grow these skills in any professional setting. My commitment to excellence extends to customer relations, developed through roles as a lifeguard and cashier at a high-end grocery store, where I honed my communication and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about creating value and fostering strong relationships, both personally and professionally.
