About Ryan Gray

As a laboratory technician at Arkana Laboratories, I apply my expertise in transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to analyze kidney biopsies and diagnose renal diseases. I work with a team of pathologists, nephrologists, and other lab staff to ensure quality and accuracy of the results. I also perform other lab duties, such as fixation, staining, and processing of specimens, and maintain the equipment and inventory.I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas in May 2022, where I gained a solid foundation in biological concepts, research methods, and laboratory skills. I also developed my goal-setting, problem-solving, and communication abilities through various academic projects and extracurricular activities. I am passionate about learning new things and expanding my knowledge in the field of biology and medicine. I am a hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented person who strives for excellence in whatever I do.
