About Ryan Haden

I have a passion for success. In every professional role I've had, my ambition has always been to provide an excellent service for both my clientele and my senior management to create a distinguished reputation for myself within the FM World. My current role is Operations Manager within Bruntwoods' specialist cleaning division. I am responsible for mobilising all contracts and ensuring that we provide an efficient, effective service for all our clientele. Separately from my Operations Manager role, I oversee all abseil compliance within our company as our IRATA Abseil Manager. Responsibilities include writing of all complex abseil RAMS, providing abseil solutions for previously inaccessible jobs and auditing our abseil teams on a regular basis. All of our operatives across the UK have cutting edge software on their smart phones that allow for electronic sign off and the information the client requires to be provided instantly upon sign off via email along with a GPS stamp showing exactly where the job was signed off. I have a BA Honours degree in Law and I am hoping to study for an MBA in the near future to further my understanding of business. In my personal time, I enjoy fine dining, flying lessons, kickboxing, rugby and cycling.
