More than seventeen (17) years of experience handling complex litigation matters, including class actions involving defective building products, consumer fraud, defective medical devices, as well as experience representing buyers and sellers in real estate related disputes, and construction defect related litigation. Prior to admission to the bar in was extensively involved in the construction industry, working on both high-end residential properties as well as the fabrication of commercial drywall and fiberglass products. In practice, currently represents predominantly defendants in large scale construction disputes, generally representing general contractors/developers with some specialty subcontractor representation. Also experienced handling catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, defective medical device, defective drug, defective consumer product, consumer fraud, real estate disputes and general business litigation matters. Current Specialties: Construction litigation covering a broad scope of issues (defects, mechanic's liens, warranties, etc.) general business litigation, real property related disputes, and defective building products.
