About Ryan Hamil
After graduating from Carroll High School in Fort Wayne, I started working construction/landscaping at Simply Decks and Stuff. I helped lead a crew of guys to build the best, quality decks the Fort Wayne area has to offer. My manufacturing career started after accepting a job for Thistle Group in February 2008. During this time, we planned the start up of US Silicones, LLC in Fort Wayne IN and officially opened our manufacturing plant in May 2008. As 1 of 2 employees, I ran everything from Shipping/Receiving to Production to Quality Control. As we grew our business, we hired more employees and established a manufacturing plan which involved growing a team of Sales and Technical employees to further growth. After 9 years, I decided to move forward and fulfill my dream of owning a business. In March of 2017 I made that dream come true. I moved back into the landscape industry and purchased Knepp Sand & Stone, a natural stone and hardscape supplier located in New Paris IN. We also offer truck services as Knepp Trucking Inc. to deliver products throughout Northern Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois.
