About Ryan Hammond

I am a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Associate at Wells Fargo, where I perform loan document review, generate LSRs, administer a portfolio of 20 loans, and implement strategies to consult with borrowers and lenders. I have a Master of Science in Economics from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, where I developed strong analytical and quantitative skills and a deep understanding of economic theory and policy. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, I gained valuable experience in portfolio analytics and reporting, equity research, financial planning and analysis, and venture capital through various internships at Conversus, Elle Investments, Columbus McKinnon, and CHT4 Corporation. I also worked as a graduate assistant and a peer tutor at UNC Charlotte, where I honed my interpersonal, teamwork, and writing skills. I am passionate about learning new things, solving complex problems, and collaborating with diverse and talented people.
