About Ryan Hayes

As the East Coast Impact Regional Director for Movement Mortgage, Ryan is responsible for the Sales, Support and Recruiting for more than $2B in production on an annual basis. He oversees a strong and dedicated team of over 240 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-preforming work environment. Under his leadership, the region has seen growth, improved operational efficiencies, and enhanced financial performance equipping our loan officers with the tools to grow their business. Ryan transitioned to Movement Mortgage following the acquisition of Mortgage Network, Inc, in 2022. Mortgage Network was a retail lender with over 45 offices along the East Coast. Ryan was a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, overseeing strategic growth and capital markets, and steering the company through its largest retail volume years. Before joining Mortgage Network Ryan was the SVP of Residential Lending for Salem Five Bank. There, he managed all operational activities for Salem Five Mortgage Company, encompassing sales, capital markets, operations and regulatory compliance. Ryan began his career in 2001 at Peoples Mortgage Corporation, a family business, where he worked in sales support and loan origination. Currently, Ryan lives in Marblehead, MA with his wife and 3 children. When not at work, Ryan can be found in the mountains or on the ocean whenever possible.
