About Ryan Healey

With over 5 years of experience as a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Zonar Systems, a foremost provider of transportation technology solutions, I lead and execute the customer experience strategy for assigned enterprise customers. I work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer retention, growth, product satisfaction, and escalation. Together, we help customers realize value from Zonar products and services. Additionally, I formally function as a mentor and model for other customer experience managers and representatives. I develop and implement key metrics and KPIs to evaluate the health of the customer, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and drive advocacy for product development and enhancement. I also leverage my language ability (CEFR: C2 English, C1 Spanish, B2 German, B1 French) and multicultural education to communicate effectively and build trust with diverse and global customers. My mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and support, and to expand adoption of Zonar's hardware and SaaS solutions in the transportation industry.
