I’m a senior at USC studying Real Estate Development with a minor in Entrepreneurship, currently interning at JLL on the Debt & Equity and Investment Sales teams in Century City. At JLL, I’ve been gaining hands-on experience underwriting deals across asset classes, supporting pitch materials, and learning how capital is structured in today’s market. Previously, I interned with Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego, where I focused on office and life science leasing. That role gave me a solid foundation in market research, client engagement, and the dynamics of tenant and landlord representation. Between my academic background and real-world experience, I’m passionate about building smarter, more sustainable cities—and I’m especially interested in how capital, technology, and design intersect in real estate.
