About Ryan Hennessey

As a passionate educator, I specialize in designing meaningful and engaging learning experiences for my students. Through purposeful SEL integration into my science curriculum I successfully teach, support, and develop my students social emotional capacities alongside their critical problem solving and collaborative skills. With great intentionality, I excel at establishing learning environments that promote trust, vulnerability, and sense of belonging among my students. Outside the classroom, I embody lifelong learning as I continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth alike. I am currently working through my final milestones of my PhD in Educational Psychology, am a practicing Real Estate Agent, own and operate a number of long-term rental properties, pilot small aircraft, design and build off-grid camper vans, and am endlessly seeking new opportunities to expand my skillsets. It has been my life's work to be an outstanding educator. The medium through which that happens may evolve as I learn and grow in other industry, but leading and lifting others up will always be the first line in my job description.
