As a safety-driven leader and chief, I deliver a combination of expertise in fire services administration, strategic planning, emergency management, and incident command. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to take command of overall operations at major fires or other demanding emergencies within the area of responsibility. I am adept at fostering safe work practices and resolving risks to protect life and property. Currently serving as Battalion Chief at South King Fire & Rescue, I oversee all activities of an assigned shift while managing and coaching operations personnel. I also facilitate developing and implementing fire prevention and training activities while promoting adherence to standard practices and district policies. Also skilled at fostering relationships with cross-functional team members, I ensure the successful execution of strategic plans.
