As a Business Intelligence Lead, I specialize in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. With over 4 years of experience in public health and enterprise analytics, I’ve led the design and implementation of scalable BI solutions that have modernized data infrastructure, automated reporting, and empowered data-driven cultures. At the Ontario Ministry of Health, I founded the Business Analytics and Strategic Intelligence Service (BASIS), a centralized BI team that supports 22 units across the Office of the Cheif Medical Officer of Health. I architected end-to-end Power BI solutions, developed enterprise data models, automated ETL pipelines using Power Query/M, and trained analysts and report consumers across the organization. My work resulted in measurable improvements in productivity, data quality, and executive decision-making by reducing the reliance on manual, repetitive data processes.
