I'm a strategically-minded and career-focused HR professional. My career has benefited from intense, fast-paced work designed to expose me to the broadest reach of HR functions possible. I've played a key role in large-scale change management initiatives at multiple companies, partnered with executives and managers at varying levels to resolve myriad employment issues, and navigated complex employee relations situations. Previously I've also administrated Performance Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, and worked as a corporate trainer delivering messages and education to groups of anywhere between 10-250 people at a time. I've coached Line Managers on best practices in managing their employees, administering corrective actions, and growing promising talents. I'm lucky to work with a strong, experienced team, and I treasure learning from them even as I use my drive and common sense to apply HR best practices and level-up the organization. I have experience working with employees at all levels of small to large-size organizations for strategic planning purposes, including C-Level executives and management. In my current role I function as a HR Business Partner supporting leaders across the highest-growth segment of all Criteo lines of business. I have extensive experience in detail-oriented, fast-paced professional environments requiring a strategic mindset and consultative skills. I've been told I have strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on team building, collaboration, and information sharing.
