I have also served on senior and executive leadership teams managing operational governance, strategic direction and business transformation, and cross functional leader collaboration. My experience includes leading the successful delivery of some of the largest private infrastructure projects in Australia delivered for Rio Tinto in the remote Pilbara region of WA; coordinating extensive investment options analysis through strategic concept options phases right through to presenting recommendations to boards on final investment decisions; to more recently having delivered a company wide ERP Business Transformation onto the new Microsoft D365 Finance and Project Operations as the Business Operations Lead. Skilled in Strategic Leadership and team development, with an extensive background in Project Management, Procurement/Contracts, Engineering and Construction Management, I am a passionate professional looking to generate a positive impact, supported by almost 20 years of professional services experience, a Masters of Business Administration (Major in Leadership), and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Construction).
