About Ryan Jacques

With over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, I am a senior police corporal at the Tampa Police Department, where I uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and service. I have a diverse background in patrol, community policing, street crimes, field training, sex crimes, and traffic homicide investigations. My mission is to protect and serve the public, prevent and solve crimes, and foster trust and collaboration with the community. In my current role, I supervise a team of patrol officers, who respond to calls for service, enforce the laws, and maintain public order and safety. I also conduct complex and sensitive investigations into sex crimes and traffic fatalities, involving evidence collection, witness interviews, suspect interrogations, and court testimonies. I use my skills in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking to handle challenging and stressful situations and to deliver justice and closure to the victims and their families.
