An experienced time served Valve Technician currently in a Workshop Supervisor position. I have had the opportunity to work in North Sea assets as well as UK oil and gas sites along with locations worldwide (Germany, Norway, Malaysia, India and Saudi Arabia), this includes valve repair workshops as well as site and offshore assets to carry out and assist in the overhaul and repairs of valve and actuator assemblies both as a team or individually, whilst also troubleshooting any problems that occur and liaising with clients with a solution. While gaining hands on experience and knowledge, I have also had the opportunity with the commercial side of business and had taken the role of Technical Repair Coordinator. This includes the quoting of repairs and bespoke workscopes to clients. I have also had experience acting as support to clients and having their goods processed through the necessary departments to have the workscopes completed efficiently and to a high standard.
