I'm a well-rounded individual passionate about my professional development and continual learning in the field of Through my past working experience I have learned what it takes to be an effective team member and grow to become a leader capable of producing results. I have also learned from working with multiple different complex integrated systems different thought processes that can be beneficial to understanding overall system correlation to help with design/process improvement. These two learning experiences are areas from which I try to continually improve upon and have a true passion for developing and learning from. While at NIU, I did my best to take every opportunity possible to learn, grow, and find new areas of interest for myself. I have spent a lot of time learning about working with various different teams and how to help lead a team towards a common goal to produce realistic results. This was done through my involvement with the NIU Supermileage team, the NIU drumline, Formula SAE team, SHPE, alumni associations, faculty research teams, and numerous other academic student teams. In terms of engineering, I have gained an immense amount of practical experience with complex systems and professional work.
