About Ryan Kirkpatrick

I am ready to start my career in accounting and finance after completing my formal education. I am a driven individual, who is digitally capable across many platforms, and quick to learn new ones. Through my work experience and personal interests, I have been able to develop my Excel skills to an advanced level, and I am very confident in working through any Excel related tasks. I have decided to step out of formal education after completing a 2-year Diploma in Accounting and Finance at the University of Bristol, in which I have studied many different areas of management accounting and financial reporting. I was able to gain work experience within the finance sector from both KPMG and Santander, in which I developed an enthusiasm for accounting and plan on working in my own time to complete the ACCA exams over the next number of years, more recently I have earned certificates from Xero and Sage 50 in their payroll accounting courses. During the past 3 years, I have worked every weekend for various subcontractors for Amazon and Evri to fund my education. In my free time I am a fanatical golfer and play at Mendip Springs Golf Club, where I hold a better than scratch handicap of +1.1, earned after countless hours of dedication, repetition and practice.
