I am an IT Support Specialist at HDR, a global engineering and consulting firm, with a little over a year of experience in the IT field. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, which I earned with Cum Laude honors from La Roche University in May 2023. As an IT Support Specialist, I provide hardware and software support for HDR's staff, clients, and projects, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the company's IT infrastructure. I maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair computers and peripheral equipment, and respond to computer viruses, security breaches, and safety concerns. I also coordinate and implement hardware and software upgrades, and execute work orders promptly and efficiently. I have strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative IT team. My goal is to use my technical expertise and military background to deliver high-quality IT solutions and to enhance the company's performance and reputation.
