My experience spans Business Office Management, Facility Operations, and Security Leadership, with a foundation in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University and Business Administration from City University. I have held leadership roles with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Seattle Children’s Hospital, King County, and Northwest Center, where I specialized in optimizing operational efficiency, employee training, conflict resolution, and vendor relations. I am driven by a strategic approach to business growth, ensuring operational excellence, service level agreements (SLAs) compliance, and a people-first approach to leadership. As I refine my expertise, I am actively expanding into property management, real estate investment, and consulting—laying the groundwork for a future as a CEO overseeing ventures in security, property management, and community-driven housing solutions.
