Starting with a strategic vision and creating actionable steps utilizing relationships, experiences, strengths, and passions, to move communities from where they are, to where the mission goals take them. I have had the privilege to build teams and communities of people, coaching and developing leaders with an emphasis on change management, strategic growth, and building decentralized ownership in order to exponentially expand the mission.
